Cool Photo Editing Effect Using Photoshop

In this photo effect the selected area remain coloured and the rest of things turned to black and white  

• First open Adobe Photoshop and then double click any were on the screen and browse your image which you want to edit

• Now select Brush Tool from side bar

• And now select Quick Mask Mode from side bar and double click on it the .Quick Mask Mode Option will open make the opacity 100% and hit enter and then select the area u want remain coloured

    

• Click again on the Quick Mask Mode the selected area will appear

• And then click on create new fill or adjustment layer and select Hue/Saturation . Make the saturation (-100)

• All done, save the file into jpeg format and your photo is ready
